Most realtors don’t have a content problem.

They have a relevance problem.

Everyone is chasing viral reels.
Same audio.
Same captions.
Same formats.

And then wondering why nothing happens.

Here’s the truth.

Going viral won’t fix bad real estate content.

Most trending reels work because of context.
The creator already has trust.
Or the reel fits into a bigger content system.

Without that, it’s just noise.

A reel with 50,000 views that doesn’t answer a real question
is worse than a reel with 500 views that attracts the right buyer or seller.

Before posting any reel, ask yourself three things:

Who is this for
What problem does it solve
What should they do next

If you can’t answer these, the reel won’t bring leads.
No matter how viral it gets.

This is exactly what I focus on in this newsletter.

Not just what’s trending.
But why it’s working.
And how realtors should adapt it for their market.

If you want, reply REELS and I’ll send you one real example I saw this week and explain why it worked.

See you in the next one.
